Firstly, welcome to PayDocker! We are so glad to have you onboard :)
To streamline the payment collection process, PayDocker will handle the collection of booking payments. As a result, we have created a PayDocker account for your hotel during the onboarding process. We will also configure the PayDocker account on your behalf, ensuring that you receive payments daily into your bank account through domestic bank transfers.
The last step in your account set-up process would be to upload your local bank details, in preparation for receiving your payments. Here is a 2-step process of how you can do so:
Step 1: Gain access to your PayDocker account
To access your PayDocker account, follow the instructions in the password reset email. Should the password reset email expire, you can also manually trigger the email following this guide we have created for you: Reset your password (Property account)
Step 2: Upload your local bank details
Once you start receiving payments to your account, PayDocker will send your funds directly to your bank account daily. This would be done through a domestic bank transfer, so we would appreciate it if you could upload your bank details for your local bank. We have an article prepared to help you step by step.
