Payout destinations are where funds will be sent when you collect earnings from sales in the marketplace—essentially, your bank account. You can only add one bank account per currency. If you're having trouble adding a payout destination, it might mean that currency collection isn't allowed in your country.
Add a new payout destination
1. Access this page by clicking Setting (1), then Payout (2) in the left panel.
If you are a property, you should see these settings once you click into the individual property dashboard.
The list of hotels is available on the textbox at the top of your Master account. Click on the specific hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. On the Payout page, Click + Add bank account.
3. In the popup, choose the Currency for which you want to add the bank account.
4. Once the fields for entering bank details specific to that currency are displayed, enter the required information (1) and then click Add bank account (2).
Edit Payout Destination Details
If you need to modify an existing bank account or wish to replace the current bank account with a specific currency, you can choose to edit the bank details.
1. On the Payout page, click on the Edit button situated along the row corresponding to the currency.
2. On the popup, make the desired changes and click Update bank account.
Delete Payout Destinations
If for any reason you prefer not to have a payout destination for a specific currency, you can opt to delete it.
1. On the Payout page, click on the Delete button situated along the row corresponding to the currency.
2. Once the prompt appears, confirm the deletion by clicking Delete bank account.
