To enable notification to be sent to one or more team members, please ensure that you have the following:
- Ensure that all team members have their own access to their PayDocker account
- Ensure that team members are able to log in to their accounts
The following steps would have to be done by the individual account holder, as it has to be done on via individual's account.
Once these 2 steps are done, please login to your Paydocker account and head to Notifications (1)
Then, click on either Purchase (2) or Sales (2) in the header. You can set up for both if required.
Take a look at the Token & Objects field. If the pre-filled email is correct, please ensure that the Toggle (3) is turned on.
If you have made any changes to the Token & Objects field, please make sure that you hit Save (4) to lock in your settings.
