Objects are unique image representations of a service, powered by blockchain technology. The supplier will send an invoice to their buyer in exchange for payment. Once they have been exchanged (the supplier sends the object to the buyer, and the buyer collects it), the service is considered to have been provided successfully.
The funds will move from the buyer's account to your supplier's account once the Object has been collected on our platform.
Before you collect...
Before you can successfully collect your Objects, please ensure your account has sufficient funds. This means topping up your PayDocker balances via our platform, either through a top-up or a currency conversion.
How to access
1. Login to your property account. Click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. To access your purchase objects, click Purchase (1), then Objects (2)
You will see a list of Objects you've purchased:
- (1) Object ID - Identification of every purchased object
- (2) Supplier Name - Name of the user that will receive the object
- (3) Value - The value of the object
- (4) Due - Due date of payment
- (5) Status - Where we can see and monitor the status of payment
How to configure
1. Click the eye icon to see the details of the object.
2. Click the collect button to send your payment.
Click Reject if there are issues with the object's details.
Once you have successfully collected your Object, you will see the changes in your Balance Activities.
