Effortlessly manage your funds across different currencies with PayDocker’s conversion tools. With this tool, you can quickly convert between available currencies, ensuring seamless transactions no matter where your business operates. PayDocker’s conversion functions offer real-time exchange rates, transparent fees, and full control over your funds.
How to access
You can access this function through your Balance Overview, Balance Activities or Balance Conversion pages.
1. Access this page by clicking Balances, then Overview / Activities / Conversion.
2. On the top of the page, click Convert.

If you would like to see your conversion history, simply navigate Balance then Conversion.
How to configure
1. In the Conversion Form, choose the currency to convert from (1), then select the currency to convert to (2)
2. Enter the amount to convert (1), then click Convert (2).
3. You will see your current available balance (1), any PayDocker fees (2) and our real-time conversion rates (3) The rate refreshes every 60 seconds.
Conversion automation
You can enable this automation to simplify the process described above. The automation will convert as many balances as necessary to fund the purchase fully.
If there's simply not enough funds to cover the full amount, the token will be saved as a draft. You can revisit it later after performing a top-up and completing the process manually.
Example of how this feature works:
If a purchase requires 100 USD and your USD balance holds only 90 USD, this automation will convert funds from another available currency to cover the remaining 10 USD.
