A Token is a temporary, digital contract between authorized users and PayDocker, uniquely identified by an ID. It is issued by Buyers on PayDocker specifically for procuring travel accommodations and/or services. Tokens can also be loaded with value.
Once the token is available, you can collect the payment. After a successful collection, the token's value will be added to your account's balances.
To receive the money in your bank account, you will need to upload your bank account details to PayDocker and submit a withdrawal request.
What you can do here
As your business expands, this may become tedious and inefficient. We would recommend setting up automations on your account to reduce the manual work required to collect all of your tokens.

How to access
1. Login and click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. Click on Sales, then Token
You will see the list of Tokens you would be collecting payments for
How to configure
1. Select the token that you would like to collect for, then click the eye icon
2. Then, click Collect
You will be prompted to key in the amount to be collected. You can only collect up to the maximum Token value loaded.
Once collected, you will see the changes in your Balance activities
You will also see the changes in your token detail view, labelled as Withdrawn
