Import functions are designed to help bring your entire network easily, with just one upload of a CSV file. Performing this step would accomplish both creating an account and establishing a smart contract between you and your property.

How to access
1. Click Import, then select Property in the left panel

How to configure
1. On the Property page, select CSV Imports, then click Download CSV template.
2. Fill in the CSV template
For the CSV template, you will need to fill in both the Company-level account and the individual property account. We will split the headings into 2 groups, highlighting which heading is relative to which type of account
Be sure to delete all sample information from our template after downloading it.

For Company-level accounts:

For Individual-property accounts:

For the remaining headers, kindly fill in N/A.
If the upload is successful, you will see the upload as Completed
If the upload is unsuccessful, you will be able to download the error report and rectify the errors. We have gone into detail on how to identify and resolve errors in another article.

Validate your uploads
After uploading the data, you must review and validate its accuracy. Completing this validation step will also trigger the automatic sending of invite emails to the listed partners.
1. Once you have imported your CSV files successfully, new entries will appear under Imported with the status To Validate.
2. To check the details, click the three dots next to their row and select Details. The details will appear in a slide-out.
3. If everything is in order, click on the tick box and select Validate
What will happen after validation?
Once you have validated your imports, an invite will be sent to your clients to redeem their accounts.
