Import your Buyers [Accommodation]

Import functions are designed to help bring your entire network easily, with just one upload of a CSV file. Performing this step would accomplish both creating an account and establishing a smart contract between you and your partners.

How to access

1. Click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.

2. Click Import, then select Demand in the left panel

Upload your buyers

1. On the Demand page, select CSV Imports, then click Download CSV template.

2. Fill in the CSV template

Be sure to delete all sample information from our template after downloading it.

Heading Explanation Requirements/Answers to use
Partner ID A unique identifier that you must assign to the Partner for this upload, serving as the unique ID for tracking purposes.
  • Between 1 to 150 characters
  • Cannot be duplicated with previous data uploaded
Partner Name Name of the Partner that will be onboarded. It will be recognized as the account name on PayDocker.
  • Between 1 to 150 characters
Partner Email Email address of the Partner. 
  • Between 1 to 150 characters
  • Cannot be duplicated with previous data uploaded
  • Has to be a valid email address
Country ID Country where the Partner is located at.
  • 2 digit country codes e.g. AU
Currency ID Currency that the Partner will be transacting in.
  • ISO 3 digit currency code e.g. AUD

If the upload is successful, you will see the upload as Completed

If the upload is unsuccessful, you will be able to download the error report and rectify the errors. We have gone into detail on how to identify and resolve errors in another article.

Validate your uploads

1. Next, you will have to validate the account. Once you have imported your CSV files successfully, new entries will appear under Imported with the status To Validate

2. You must ensure all information and details are correct before validating. Once validated, the invitation will be sent, and this action is irreversible. 

To check the details, click the three dots next to their row and select Details. The details will appear in a slide-out.

3. If everything is in order, click on the tick box and select Validate

Once you have validated your imports, an invite would be sent to your clients to redeem their accounts.
