What you can do here
Each user profile can have its own unique settings and details. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to manage the key items of your profile.
How to access
You can find your profile at the top of your home page
To make changes, click Edit in the top-right corner. You can edit all details except your email.
How to configure
Change your password
1. Click Change password....
Enter your old password in the Old Password box, then type your new password in the New Password box.
2. Click Change Password to save.
View your property accesses
You can manage what notifications you will receive from each property. All the properties you have access to will be listed at the bottom of the page.
Property access can only be assigned by Master accounts.
Each property has a unique property ID
The Status of the accounts has three different states. Here is what the status means:
- Blocked: Account access is blocked
- Live: Account is functional, and you can login to use it
- Draft: Account is not ready yet
The Role will indicate what level of access you have to the property.
Managing your notifications
Email notifications can be configured for each property.
