PayDocker differentiates between Property accounts and Demand Partner accounts, each with distinct functionalities and access levels. This article will explain how to navigate the basics of your Property account dashboard.
Your Property dashboard has 2 primary access levels: the Company-level dashboard and the Property-level dashboard. Property accounts offer a hierarchical structure, allowing for centralized management of multiple properties.
- Company-level dashboard: This allows managing and overseeing multiple properties under a single account.
- Property-level dashboard: This grants access to specific property details, settings, and tools.
Here is a simple diagram to illustrate the relationship between the Company dashboard and the Property dashboard. Each Company dashboard will have access to all the properties registered under your account, but the property dashboards will only have access to their own information.
Company-level Access
The Company-level dashboard offers the following functionalities:
- Access all properties registered under the account
- Access all PayDocker's Help Centre articles and report technical issues
- Manage security settings, user access & notifications settings
Property-level Access
On the Company-level dashboard, the user will have access to all Properties registered under the account. However, the level of access to Property-level dashboards and their functions will vary depending on the user's permissions.
For users with full Property-level access, the following functions are available:
- Business, Inventory and Payout-related settings
- Connect and onboard new partners
- Access to finance tools
The effects of these functions will be limited to the individual Property.
