In special circumstances, we may request temporary access to your account to troubleshoot on your account. When such situations arises, you will be contacted by the PayDocker support team requesting for access and an email to allow for temporary access to your account (See below).
In this article, we will be talking about 2 important functions for temporary access:
To grant access
If you would allow this access to be given to our support team, please click Allow Support Access. You will then be required to log into your account to grant access to our support team.
Once you are logged in, you will see the request banner at the top of your account. Click Grant to allow access.
To revoke access
The new access will be listed under Settings > Team
You should see an account called Support PayDocker as an account in you list of team members.
To remove access, you can either wait for the access to expire by itself, or you can simply click remove to revoke the access.
