The Rate Tracker function allows you to easily view and monitor the latest rates between different currencies, all within the PayDocker platform.
To note: Currencies displayed on Rate Tracker are limited to the currencies available on PayDocker and the balances that are available on your account.

How to access
1. Login to your Property account and search for the property.
2. To access Rate Tracker, click on Reporting, then Rate Tracker
The conversion rates shown in the Rate Tracker are updated in real time and are based on one dollar of your chosen currency.
Manage and customise your view
The Rate Tracker offers tools for easy access to the information you need.
Star Icon
Star your favorite conversions by clicking the Star icon. The icon will change to yellow to confirm.
Up Down arrows
To re-arrange the order of the currencies displayed, click the up or down arrows.
Filter
You can filter Rate Tracker based on 2 conditions currently available:
- Combination of currencies - Filter for a specific combination
- Currency - Filter for all conversion rates related to this specific currency
1. Click Filter on the top right hand corner
2. Select the respective options you would like to filter by by click on the checkbox.
3. Once you have completed your selection, click Done to activate the filter
View historical data
See historical rates for up to a year by clicking the graph icon.
Set alerts
Stay up-to-date with rate changes by setting alerts. You'll receive notifications when your chosen rate reaches your desired level (threshold). You'll receive only one rate alert per day per threshold.
1. Click on the + icons under the Alert column
2. Insert the email (1) you would like to receive your alerts and click + (2)
3. Set the threshold which you would like to receive notifications when reached
Instantly perform currency conversions
You will be able to instantly perform currency conversions on Rate Tracker page. Here's how you do so:
1. Click Convert on the conversion that you wish to perform
2. Key in the amount you would like the covert
3. Click Convert
Once the conversion is completed, you will see a confirmation message "Added Successfully".
To review conversions that have already happened in the past, please take the following steps:
1. Click Balance (1) then Conversion (2)
2. Click on the View icon to see conversion details and to view receipt related to this conversion
