What you can do here
Business details are subject to change over time and in response to the business's evolving needs. At PayDocker, we want to remain flexible to adapt to your needs as well - even after your first KYC submission has been completed, you can still submit new updates for approval.
How to access
Go to Settings > Business
You will be directed to the KYC information you previously saved.
How to configure
To edit the relevant sections, select the Pen icon.
Approval timeline
Once you have submitted your updates, the PayDocker team will take 24-48 hours to validate the information and you will be alerted by email of the approval. If we need more information or clarification from you, we will contact you separately.
