You can quickly view all your balances and key movements for each currency. You can also set alerts to get email notifications when a balance reaches or falls below a specific threshold.
Specifically for properties, you must configure property by property in your account.
How to access
You can access the Balance Overview dashboard in two simple steps:
1. Click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. Click Balances (1) in the left panel, then select Overview (2).
You can easily review account activities for each currency by clicking on the respective currency on the Overview page.
How to Configure
Open a Balance
By default, your local currency should already be opened for you. You may skip this step if you don't require a new currency balance.
- On the Overview page, click + Open a balance.
- In the pop-up, choose the currency (1) for which you want to open a balance, then click Add balance (2).
Set alerts for your balances
Set up email alerts to notify you when your balance reaches or falls below a specific threshold. This helps prevent issues like payments getting stuck due to insufficient funds.

Click the alert button (you will see a list of available balances).
You will be able to set a balance threshold for each balance.

Configure the email that will receive notifications when the balance reaches the threshold.
- By default, there is one email entry. Select the blue arrow to add additional email addresses

Turn on the blue toggle and click Save to activate these settings.
