What you can do here
The Activities page provides a consolidated view (Or Ledger) of all currency-related activities. This includes any additions or deductions resulting from token and object exchanges.
How to access
You can access the Activities page by following these steps:
1. Click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. Click Balances in the left panel then Activities in the left menu
You will be brought to a dashboard. You can toggle between the currencies by selecting the available currencies at the top.
Your activities are categorized into three statuses:
- Materialized: These are entries that have been completed.
- Upcoming: These are entries that are still being processed.
- Lost: These are entries that have been cancelled after submission.
Clicking into the individual entry would show you the details of each transaction. You will also be able to leave notes for each transaction.
How to download (Excel)
You can easily export your ledger activities (by individual currencies) for reconciliation.
1. Select the currency that you would like to download for
2. Click More and then Export Transaction
3. You will be prompted to select the record timeframe that you would like to export. Click Export to download the excel file.
