Here are some ways to manage your currency balances.
Open new Currency Balance
As a non-accommodation account, you will have all the available currencies already open on your account. However, if the need arises, here's how you can open a new currency:
1. Go to Balance, and look for + Open a Balance
It can be found in both Balance > Overview, and Balance > Activities
2. Search for the currency that you would like to open
If you are unable to find the balance, it could already be opened in your account or still be unavailable in PayDocker.
3. Then click Add Balance
Once it has been done, you will see the balance in the list here:
Rearranging Currency Balance
To rearrange the sequence of balances on the overview page:
1. On the Overview page, click on More (1) and select Manage (2).
2. In the slide-out, use the up/down arrows (1) in the Order column to rearrange the currency balances and click Save Changes (2) once you're done.
Disable a Balance
If you have a temporarily inactive balance, you can choose to disable and hide it from the overview page.
1. On the Overview page, click on More (1) and select Manage (2).
2. In the slide-out, click on the toggle (2) in the Status column and click Save Changes (2).
To reactivate it, simply click on the toggle (1) of the disabled currency balance and click Save Changes (2).
Delete a Balance
If you want to permanently delete a currency balance,
1. On the Overview page, click on More (1) and select Manage (2).
2. In the slide-out, click on the delete icon (1) associated with the unwanted currency balance, and then click Save Changes (2).
