To make and receive payments, you will need to complete a simple KYC for your business. It is also crucial to keep your PayDocker account up to date with any changes to your business, ownership, or related information. This helps us combat money laundering, keeping PayDocker safe for everyone.
The deadline for KYC completion is 30 days from account creation. After 30 days, you will not be able to make, receive or withdraw any payments.

How to submit your first KYC

Documents required
To speed up the activation process, please make sure that you have all the information and documents ready. Any missing information or discrepancies will delay the activation of your account.
Some documents you will need to upload will be:
- Valid and authentic Company Registration Certificate
- Valid ID (E.g., Passport / National ID card / Driving License)
- Valid proof of address document (E.g., Utility bills / Driving License / Any other government ID with the address clearly displayed)
Everything you share in the document should match the information on your PayDocker account.
Approval timeline
Once you have submitted your business validation form, the PayDocker team will take 24-48 hours to validate the information and you will be alerted by email of the approval. If we need more information or clarification from you, we will contact you separately.
