If you need to make payments on our platform, you must have a sufficient balance in each relevant currency. This involves injecting funds, which can be done through a local bank transfer or an international wire transfer (Bank charges apply).
Important to note:
Any and all charges related to bank transfers into PayDocker's bank account will be borne by you. We strongly recommend using a domestic bank transfer as it is the most cost-effective method.
Each currency available on PayDocker has its own specific bank details that you can use for a bank transfer: PayDocker Bank Details.
Once we have received the funds, we will process this payment within 1-2 working days, based on the information you sent along with this transfer. To expedite this process, please ensure these steps are in place:
- Include your PayDocker ID in your transfer notes
- To see your PayDocker ID, refer to the top left corner of your dashboard
For this screenshot, the PayDocker ID is PDR169
- To see your PayDocker ID, refer to the top left corner of your dashboard
- Use only your business bank account to make the transfer
PayDocker verifies your transfer based on the information provided to our partnering banks.
If we cannot identify your transfer details, we might request additional supporting documents, which could delay the top-up process.
After your top-up is verified, the funds will be credited to your account.
How to check your top-up status
1. Click on Balance, then Top-ups
You will see the details of your top-up payment in your dashboard. Payments that have been successfully processed will have the status as credited.
3. To retrieve your payment receipt, go to Reporting, then Accounting
Then look for transactions labeled Top up and click on the Eye icon
4. Select Download PDF to retrieve your payment receipt in PDF format. You can also choose to share via email by clicking the Share button.
If you do not see your top-ups, please feel free to reach out to us at help@paydocker.com so we can address this issue as soon as possible.
