Every business has a unique look and feel. PayDocker's Branding feature lets you customize your platform to perfectly match your company's identity, from colors and logos to the experience you provide your customers.
This function is only available if you are on FULL access. For this section, we recommend trying the different functions to see what suits your branding experience.
What you can do here
You can apply your company's branding to the following key pages and documents:
- Checkout & Payment Links: Customize the authentication, payment, and confirmation pages.
- Transaction Success & Error Pages: Tailor the look for both successful and failed transactions.
- Invoices, Credit Notes, and Payment PDFs: Ensure your official documents reflect your brand.
- Onboarding Pages: Personalize the initial experience for your partners
If no branding configuration has been set by you, it will default to PayDocker branding set up.
How to access
1. Click on the search bar, then click on the hotel to enter the individual property dashboard.
2. Click Settings, then Branding on the left menu on your account
This will bring you the configuration page:

Checkout & Payment Links
The Check Out and Payment pages are for when you have sent payment requests to your Partners. You can customise all the different variables on the Checkout & Payment links pages.
Once you have applied your desired changes:
- Click Save Changes to immediately activate your new branding settings.
- Click Restore to revert back to the original version.
Invoice, Credit Note & Payment PDF documents
These are important payment documents that you would need to send out to your partners.
Once you have applied your desired changes:
- Click Save Changes to immediately activate your new branding settings.
- Click Restore to revert back to the original version.
Token
Tokens are used specifically for single booking payments. What you can customise is the look of the Token sent to your partners for payment to be made.
Once you have applied your desired changes:
- Click Save Changes to immediately activate your new branding settings.
- Click Restore to revert back to the original version.
Onboarding pages
When you invite your partners to join PayDocker, this will be the first step of the process.
