What you can do here
View and manage your IP information, allowing you to monitor all logins and enhance the security of your account by restricting access.
Once you have created an allowlist, any other user attempting to log in without a registered IP address will be blocked by default.
How to access
1. On the left menu, click Settings (1) → IP Management (2).
You will see a list of IP addresses that have recently logged in:
And your previously set allowlist:
How to configure
- Add your own IP address to allow list
- Add your team's IP address to allow list
- Remove IP addresses from your allowlist
Add your own IP address
1. Look for the light blue banner and click add an IP address.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, a pop-up window will appear.
Right under the header, you will see your current IP address, click the plus button to add your current IP address.
Add your team's IP address
1. Moving down the page, you will see a list of recently accessed IPs.
a. Click Add All to Form Below to add all 10 IPs
b. Click the + icon to add individually
c. You can also key in the IP addresses in the text box if they are not on the list.
3. Click Save to finish the process
Remove IP addresses from your allowlist
1. Return to Settings (1) → IP Management (2).
2. Select the IP address to be removed, then select Remove IP Addresses
If you remove all IP addresses from the allowlist, the default restriction of IP addresses will be disabled. All new IP addresses will have unrestricted access.
