This automation would allow you to accept new connections and changes to existing connections. Depending if you are a property or a travel agency, you will see different terms.
- For property accounts, this will be under Partner
- For travel agencies, this will be under Supply
⚠️ These settings are available on your individual property dashboards
You can navigate to the property dashboards on the search bar when you log in
Follow these simple steps to set this automation up:
1. Access the Automation page by clicking on Settings (1), then Automation (2).
2. Click Partnership
Here, you will see 2 sections with a few different options. This is what the options mean:

Configure connection automation | Automatically accept any newly received Partnership request for connection |
Configure setup automation for new terms only | Automatically accept any new terms in Setup → Supply/Partner (Booking / Service) only |
Configure setup automation for revised terms only | Automatically accept any revised terms in Setup → Supply/Partner (Booking / Service) only |
Configure setup automation for new and revised terms only | Combination of the above 2 options |
Lastly, click Save to lock in these configurations.
