In this article, we will cover how to withdraw your available balance into your company's bank account. The withdrawal process typically involves you submitting a withdrawal request to us, after which we will process it and send the funds to your designated payout destination. Each withdrawal will take up to 7 working days to process.
A nominal fee will be applied per withdrawal request. All payout fees will be displayed within the withdrawal request for you to consider.

Withdrawal Page
1. Access this page by clicking Balances (1), then Withdrawal (2) in the left panel.
2. On the Withdrawal page, click Withdraw.
3. On the Withdrawal Request Form, select the desired currency and enter the amount you wish to withdraw (1), then click Payout (2).

Overview Page
1. Access this page by clicking Balances (1), then Overview (2) in the left panel.
2. On the Overview page, click Withdraw.
3. On the Withdrawal Request Form, select the desired currency and enter the amount you wish to withdraw (1), then click Payout (2).

Activities Page
1. Access this page by clicking Balances (1), then Activities (2) in the left panel.
2. On the Activities page, click Withdraw.
3. On the Withdrawal Request Form, select the desired currency and enter the amount you wish to withdraw (1), then click Payout (2).

Here's an explanation of the other sections of the form.

Setting up Payout Automation
As you can tell, submitting a withdrawal request is an extremely manual process. To streamline and optimise your operations, we would advise to configure this automation. This option will automatically create a withdrawal requests for your collected payments.
Accessing the Automation
1. Access the Automation page by clicking on Settings (1), then Automation (2).
2. In Automation (1) settings, click the Payout category (2).
3. There are two options for the user that need to be selected. The first option is manual; if the users select this, no automation will happen. User needs to setup manually the withdrawal requests.
Click the manual checkbox (3).
If the user wants to receive the payout automatically, they must enable this option. There are two options: every day or every week.
4. In Automation (1) settings, click the Payout category (2).
5a. To receive payouts every day, select Automatic (1) and the day (2) option from the dropdown menu.
5b. To receive payouts every week, select the automated option week (1) and the day (2) option from the dropdown menu.
6. Click the save button (1) to save all the changes. There's a prompt that says all the changes have been saved (2).
To Note: No withdrawal request will be created if you have not uploaded your bank information, and you will receive an error message as pictured below.

- Notifications for your credited transactions (sales) have been set up and turned on
- Payouts notifications have been activated
Smart payouts
Managing how and when funds are distributed is essential to smooth business operations. With Payouts in PayDocker, you can configure and automate the transfer of funds to vendors, partners, or connected accounts. Set flexible schedules, track payout status, and ensure timely, secure distribution—all from a single, centralized platform.

Accessing Smart Payouts
1. To reach the payout page, first go to settings (1), then press Automation (2)
2. Then, Payout (3) and select Smart Payouts (4)
Using Smart Payouts
1. After selecting Smart Payout (4) you can edit the settings under Manage Smart Payout Settings (6)
Smart Payout for Tokens and Objects
You can also set your Smart Payouts specifically for your Tokens and Objects

- Select your desired currency (A).
- You can configure for either Booking (B) or Service (C).
- Option (F) is the choice that will be made if the payout threshold is not met. You can choose when to process the token balance. The options include:
- If the free payout threshold is not met, process the available token balance
- If the free payout threshold is not met, don't process

The transfer reference (I) is how to identify the transfer. It must be a Minimum of 1 digit and a maximum of 10 digits, with spaces not allowed.
Within the transfer reference, you can configure for 2 things:
- The elements (G) will be used to generate a unique reference for each payout transaction. You can select between these 4 options:

- The Separator (H) field lets you define a character to separate the selected elements
2. Press Save (J) to lock in your settings
