We understand that you may want to give access to your team or colleagues. You can create team profiles for them, configuring different permissions and unique login credentials for every team member.
Each team member can also be assigned individual property accounts to manage.
How to configure this on your account:
1. Access the Team page by clicking on Settings (1), then Team (2) in the left panel.
2. On the Team page, click on + New Member to create the profile based on the selected access type:
💡 It's important to determine your team members' account type and access before creating profiles, as it impacts the profile setup process.
Admin Access | User Access |
Access to ALL properties on your PayDocker account | Access to only limited properties |
Access to ALL functions available on PayDocker by default | Access to pre-determined functions |

Profile with Admin Access
1. On the pop-up, select Admin (1) and enter the necessary information (2).
2. Click Create Profile once done.
💡 Reminder: Admin accounts share the same access areas as the Master account.
Profile with User Access
1. On the pop-up, select User (1) and enter the necessary information (2).
2. Click Create Profile once done.
3. Go back to the team dashboard to look for the profile that you have just created. Then, click Edit
4. At this step, you can configure which properties you would like to make available to this profile. You can toggle Access off and on
5. Click on the Eye icon to configure the permissions in detail
Any changes made to the permissions will be saved automatically.
You can simply return to the main page once you are done.
Team Management
Here are the options available for Profile Management:

Modify Profiles
It's possible to make changes to a profile after it's created. The types of changes include:
- Switching account types (e.g., from admin to user, user to admin, etc.)
- Updating profile details
- Adjusting permission levels (for user access only)
To modify an existing profile,
1. On the Team page, locate the specific profile and click Edit along its respective row.
2. Make the desired changes on the pop-up and click Update Member once done.
Disable Profiles
If you need to temporarily restrict a member's access, you have the option to disable their account.
1. On the Team page, click on the toggle situated along the row corresponding to the member's profile.
Delete Profiles
If you need to completely remove a member's access, you can choose to delete their account.
1. On the Team page, locate the specific profile and click Remove along its respective row.
