Welcome to PayDocker! To facilitate payments with your partners, they'll need to be on PayDocker. If they aren't already, you can easily invite them. To do so, PayDocker requires a list of their contact and setup information, along with the specific payment terms applicable to either your buyers (Demand) or suppliers (Supply).

Here are some frequently asked questions related to onboarding:
What will happen after I have shared the information with PayDocker?
1. Their accounts will be created and configured based on the payment terms shared with us
2. An invite will be sent out to your partner from PayDocker
Our PayDocker system will send an invite email with your company logo attached. Your partner can accept or reject the invite. If they reject it, you will be notified through the same sheet.
In the event that our invite email goes unnoticed by your partners, PayDocker will send up to 3 follow-up emails. If the invite still goes unnoticed after 3 follow-ups, we will assume that the invite has been rejected. You may choose contact your partners directly to re-invite them separately.
Can I still edit the information on the sheet if you realize there has been a mistake?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to edit any information once it has been processed by the PayDocker team. If edits are required to be made, you can key in a new entry.
