This automation would allow you to accept new connections and changes to existing connections. Depending if you are a property or a travel agency, you will see different terms.
- For property accounts, this will be under Partner
- For travel agencies, this will be under Supply
Follow these simple steps to set this automation up:
1. Access the Automation page by clicking on Settings (1), then Automation (2).
2. Click Partnership
Here, you will see 2 sections with a few different options. This is what the options mean:

Configure connection automation | Automatically accept any newly received Partnership request for connection |
Configure setup automation for new terms only | Automatically accept any new terms in Setup → Supply/Partner (Booking / Service) only |
Configure setup automation for revised terms only |
Automatically accept any revised terms in Setup → Supply/Partner (Booking / Service) only |
Configure setup automation for new and revised terms only |
Combination of the above 2 options |
Lastly, click Save to lock in these configurations.
