A Token is a temporary digital contract, identified by a unique ID, between authorized Users and PayDocker. It is meant for procuring travel accommodations and/or services and are issued by Buyers on PayDocker.
This function allows you to view the details of each Token, and we will be covering:
Collect your Token
Once your token is past its payment due date, you will be able to collect the token. After successful collection, the value of the token will then enter the respective balances of your account. Typically, this process is done either by the Supplier or the Property.
Here is how you can collect your available tokens:
1. Select the token that you would like to collect for, then click the eye icon
2. Then, click Collect
You will be prompted to key in the amount to be collected. You can only collect up to the maximum Token value loaded.
Once collected, you will see the changes in your Balance activities
As your business expands, this may become tedious and inefficient. We would recommend to set up automations on your account to reduce the manual work required to collect all of your tokens.
Automate your collection process
Do take note, this automation will not work if your token has expired, in dispute or is not yet available.
1. In Automation (1) settings, click the Collection category (2).
2. If the user wants to collect the token automatically, click the second checkbox (1).
3. If the user wants to set up the collection of the token automatically, click the first checkbox (1).
4. Click the save button to save all the changes (1). There's a prompt that says all the changes have been saved (2).
Export Token information
1. From your dashboard, click Sales (1) then Token (2)
2. Click Export
3. A pop-up will appear. Select the type of tokens you would like to explore, then click Export.
The data will be exported into an excel file.
