Use Sales Validation function to quickly take a look at your bookings and generate invoices for them.
1. Log into your Demand Partner PayDocker account (https://dashboard.paydocker.com)
2. Click Sales (1) and Validation (2)
3. Choose what type of bookings you would like to validate
Types of bookings will depend on terms ID set on mapping step in Setup→ Property
- Individual Bookings - Transactions without any grouping
- Grouping Bookings - Group according to property ID and grouping time rule
Individual Bookings
(1) Search and filter bookings
(2) Customise which information to select: Click on the gear icon to customise which information to display. By default, we will display Reservation ID, but you may choose from the following list:
- Reservation ID
- Receivable Amount
- Property ID
- Property Name
- Check in/out
(3) All individual bookings and the related details: These bookings are listed in order of import in descending order (Latest to oldest imported transaction)
Grouping Bookings
Grouping Bookings are multiple transaction which have been imported for the same property, based on terms set this property has grouping enabled, and can be grouped via 3 main categories: Check in, Check out, Booking Day. Future bookings imported will also be grouped together with previously imported bookings.
(1) Search and filter groupings
(2) Grouping ID
(3) Customise which information to select: Click on the gear icon to customise which information to display:
- Reservation ID
- Property ID
- Property Name
- Check in/out
(4) Number of bookings within each group
Generate Invoice
To generate invoices for your bookings, follow these simple steps for both Individual and Group bookings. There will be slight differences in the process for both but majority remains the same.
1. Select the bookings (1) you would like to generate an invoice for, then click Generate (2). There will be a pop-up window after you click
2. For individual bookings: Select the template (1) that you would like to use on the invoice
For group bookings: Select the Issue (1a)
Then select And Submit (2) and then Generate (3). Once all the invoices have been generated, the status column will change to Generate
Click View Result (4) to see the details of all generated invoices
