Accounting documents allow users to keep track of and examine account transactions. The user has access to every transaction's data and information, which they can save it as a PDF file and distribute via email.

View Account Transaction

1. Access the Accounting page by clicking on Reporting (1) in the left panel and select Accounting (2).
2. Select the eye icon button right side of the example transaction (1).
3. In the pop-up page, user can see the whole transaction view.
Page details:
(1) Reference ID | A reference ID is a unique identifier assigned to the transaction. It helps to quickly locate and retrieve information about the Top-up. |
(2) Item details | Referring to the information to adding credit or funds to the user's account. The amount of credit added to the account. |
(3) Billed to | Shows the account which the amount who will billed to and also the customer's ID. |
(4) Category and Issue Date | Refers to the payment category and date that the user made their payment. |
(5) Share to email | Top-up details can be shared to email. |
(6) Download PDF | Also all the information can be downloaded to PDF file. |

Share details
1. Select the eye icon button right side of the example transaction (1).
2. In the pop-up page, click the share button (1).
3. The pop-up page that appears after you click the share button is this one. Email can be used to send an invoice. Enter the intended, working email address in the send to (1) textbox. If you wish to share the invoice with another person, you may also CC them (2).
4. Click "Send Invoice" (1) after inputting emails in the "Send to" and "CC" fields. If there are any revisions, the user can also cancel the transaction (2).

Download PDF file
1. Select the eye icon button right side of the example transaction (1).
2. In the pop-up page, click the Download PDF button (1).
3. After clicking the download PDF button, it will be automatically saved to your computer files.

Export all transactions
- You will have a record of all the top-ups made to the account, along with all the necessary history, if you choose to export the data. Additionally, an excel file will be used to export the transaction.
1. Select the eye icon button right side of the example transaction (1).
2. After clicking the eye button, select the Export button (1).
3. In the pop-up page, select the dates preferred (1) and after choosing click the export button (2).
4. All of the information and data will be exported as an Excel file. It will be saved to your desktop files automatically.

Filtering data
- Filtering data can assist by searching by category for all transactions that the users wish to view.
1. Select the eye icon button right side of the example transaction (1).
2. After clicking the eye button, select the Filter search button (1).
3. Select the chosen category (1) to easily search for the essential data and click done (2).
4. User have 5 option for the searching the transaction data. Please see below for the explanation.

Created date- Users can customize the dates they need to see.

Category- User can select which category they need to see.

Status- User can choose for all the paid and dispute status.

Reference ID- User can filter and search by reference ID. Need to input the reference ID in the textbox.
- Reference details- Users can also search by entering the transaction's reference details.
