Regardless of the services you offer in the travel industry, you can also expand your presence on the PayDocker Marketplace by establishing connections and fostering transactional partnerships with other non-accommodation provider businesses. Here's how you can take the first step to initiate connections with existing active users on PayDocker.
In PayDocker, there are 3 different roles in a business transaction - Buyers (Demand), Suppliers (Supply) and Properties (Property). This article will also demonstrate how you can connect and manage your existing connections.

Connecting with other businesses
The process to connect with another business on our platform is extremely similar regardless of their roles, so for the purpose of this article, we will use connecting with Buyers as an example.

1. Under Connect in the left panel, select Demand.
2. On the Demand Partner Page, choose the purpose for engaging with the demand partner:
2.1 Room Procurement & Booking Related Services - Select Bookings (1)
2.2 Any Other Services - Select Services (2)
3. Search for the desired demand partner. As they are listed alphabetically, use the filter to narrow your search.
4. After identifying the demand partner, click Submit to prompt a pop-up.
5. In the pop-up, if you have any messages, input them in the box (1); otherwise, click Submit (2) directly.
6. Once the connection request is successfully sent, you'll receive a confirmation message.
Once the connection has been successfully accepted, you will see the status change to Accepted
Managing your Existing Connections
If required, you may temporarily suspend a connection.
1. Just like when you previously searched for them, locate them via filter in the relevant sections, depending on whether they are categorized as a Property, Demand, or Supplier.
2. Along the row, click Freeze.
To reconnect, simply click Unfreeze.
